This individual must have a proven track record of working with families and community agencies in alleviating adverse conditions in order to promote academic success for all students. This individual will conduct screenings and assessments, and provide individual and group counseling. This individual will also help develop positive relationships with school staff, students and their families and contribute significantly in building a learning team. The Manager supervises student workers, maintains exam integrity and logistics, and assists with daily operations, including records management and accessibility initiatives. In this role, primary responsibilities include managing all aspects of the SAS Testing Center to ensure smooth daily operations, compliance, and academic integrity; supporting the Director in reviewing documentation and coordinating disability accommodations; and assisting with the implementation of assistive technologies and accessibility systems. Additional duties include overseeing departmental operations, supervising student workers, maintaining records and communications, facilitating outreach and staff development, and engaging in professional development to advance accessibility and compliance.
